beast. Pumpkin carving and bobbing for apples as well.

traditions (storytelling, games, merriment) of this ancient
holiday.

Use only easily moveable barriers to block the street. No obstructions shall be placed in the travel portion of the street to allow the passage of emergency
vehicles if necessary. Grill must be used 10 feet away from any combustibles and an extinguisher shall be present.
