CITATION Be it hereby known to all that the Somerville City Council and the Mayor offer their sincerest commendations to Fred Berman On this auspicious occasion of his retirement after more than 20 years of dedicated public service, including six working for the City of Somerville as Deputy Director of the Office of Housing Stability. Fred’s advocacy has been instrumental in increasing affordable housing and preventing displacement in Somerville. Offered this 27th day of February 2025
