Below are the steps required to rectify the issue with the screenshots to backup: 1) Per the contract, we have underpaid for FY23 & FY24. See below Table. This will require Council vote authorization to use current years fund to pay for prior year invoices (1,020 + 2,070). 2) For FY25, it looks like it was accidentally budgeted for the FY24 rate. So 1,080 additional funding is needed (can be completed via a line transfer). Recreation can needs to put this on an AP batch and pay the permit fee 3) For FY26, please budget the 38,265 per the contract
