We will also have 2 bouncy houses Attendees: Max attendance at one time: 200 Total people attending: 500 Maximum attendees accommodated: 500 Total Somerville residents attending: 200 n/a Attendee fees or suggested donations: 10,000 What is your budget for this event: Social or cultural benefits: The Curl Bar is a Black and Woman owned business looking to celebrate our fourth year anniversary by having our annual Community Event. Our event will bring together clients, family, friends, and the community of Somerville and surrounding communities. We are looking to celebrate with but not limited to; activities for kids such as a bouncy house and even the local tattoo shop, Pearl Street Tattoo has offered to do face paintings, local food trucks, and vendors from small businesses throughout Somerville. We will also have a Dj + other stations throughout the event. Financial benefits: Vendors will be able to sell, advertise, and promote their business to the community in attendance. Along with this, I will also be highlighting all the vendors via social media and a brochure which will be passed through the community of Somerville and surrounding communities' prior to the event. Food trucks / local catering will also be in benefit by exposing themselves to potential new clients and selling their food. No Describe any accessibility features available to attendees/participants This event will be wheelchair accessible because it is on the street and there will be appropriate distancing between vendors and activities. Arrangements: Police Detail: Yes Every year we have organized police detail but they don't show up. Parking (for Attendees)? No Restrooms? Yes Restrooms will be inside The Curl Bar and porta potties- last year we used Wasted. The company delivered, and set up/broke down. We plan to have them again this year. Liability Insurance?
