Open to the public?

We will use our instagram account, post flyers throughout
Somerville and ask all the artists, musicians, performers,
and community partners to highlight the event. We will also
include outreach to the neighborhood and through our
grant from the Somerville Arts Council.

It will be free food and we will invite people to bring food for
picnic and potluck style event.

A portion of Munroe street, between Bigelow and Greenville
Sidewalks blocked?
Yes
The sidewalk along the North Western section of Prospect
Hill Park (NW of Greenville Street) will have a couple of
tablesthat are along the sidewalk, but not obstructing
egress on the sidewalk. A stage will be set up on the NW
side of the tower,though not preventing egress in front of
the stage along the sidewalk.

We will ensure the sidewalk is ADA accessible.

We will not provide parking for general admission
attendees, but one of the organizers lives adjacent to the
park and will block off space on Bigelow St. for artists
/performers and organizations. If needed, we can request a
permit for special event parking to block off 5 spots on
Bigelow St.
Restrooms?

The residents of 11 Bigelow are open to allowing artists to
use their restroom as a facility for the event. We are
exploring the cost and need for porta-potties for this event
for general admission attendees.

We are looking into one day event insurance for this event.
