Event layout must maintain ADA accessibility to the booths via the existing crosswalks at the Kilby Street and Hawkins Street intersections. Pedestrian
entryways must be taped/sectioned off so the pedestrians maintain at least 4' of physical distance from the vehicle lane at all times. Stage the tents in the
vehicle travel lane and use the parking lane as a 6' wide (or wider) access way at all times.
Vendors and shoppers may not occupy the final 4' of the booths closest to the vehicle lane.
Three Somerville Police Details are required at all times during operation, including set up and take down. Details must be stationed at crosswalks to assist
pedestrian crossing of Somerville Ave during marketplace open hours.
Site layout must accommodate all parklets on the north side of Somerville Ave that are present at the time of the event.
