CITATION Be it hereby known to all that the Somerville City Council and the Mayor offer their sincerest commendations to Tom Lamar For six years of excellent service as the Chair of the Bicycle Advisory Committee. Tom has advanced the city’s goals of improving safety for all road users, encouraging residents, workers, and visitors to travel by bike, and helping to build a culture of safe streets activism in the community.
