Yes Broadway will be closed from Medford St to Boston Ave. There will be no access to Franey Road or Charles E. Ryan Road. This will all be disclosed in Incident Action Plan. No Describe any accessibility features available to attendees/participants There is a designated seating area, surrounded by barricades, to provide a safe and comfortable space for seniors and attendees in need of assistance. Additionally, a few designated parking spots are available in the municipal lot near the event area.

The details of this will be disclosed in the Incident Action Plan. Parking (for Attendees)? Yes We usually request a few accessible parking spots in the municipal lot near Medford St for individuals with disabilities and for vendors. Restrooms? Yes We work with the DPW to drop porta-potties. Liability Insurance? No Will any public parks be used? Yes Trum field, all fields including basketball courts, baseball fields and pavillion.
