There are no additional direct operational costs associated with this work. DPW will need to maintain this open space as with other city
parks.
Morrison Ave Sewer - Design
Finalize design and bid preparation in advance of bidding the Morrison Ave Sewer construction project.
This request will supplement an initial bond authorization to fund the preliminary design and will continue the design through 100%
design documents, in addition to bidding services. The design is focused on mitigating localized flooding in the Morrison Ave
neighborhood through the installation of a subsurface stormwater storage tank. This effort also provides secondary benefits of sewer
separation and utility replacement.
