Mobile Source Analyst 1997-2003 • Coordinated the development of the first northeast regional heavy-duty vehicle inspection and maintenance program including standards, enforcement structure, and reciprocity among participating states. • Directed the NESCAUM Heavy-Duty Vehicle Workgroup and developed regional air pollution control strategies, managed programs to pilot advanced heavy-duty technologies in fleets, and evaluated strategies and policies to reduce emissions from nonroad machines.
