development review, curb cuts, traffic management plans,
records requests).
Provide technical support to operations staff in Water &
Sewer, and DWP – Highway.
Manage roadway striping, signal and safety improvements in
cooperation with Mobility and DPW.

Manage design & construction of capital improvements to municipal
infrastructure (water, sewer, and streetscape). Note: OSPCD-Mobility
provides planning input for streetscape.
Manage major repairs to water & sewer systems. Emergency repairs
completed by Water & Sewer Department.
Manage ADA improvements in streetscapes.
Contribute to development & execution of the City’s long-term Capital
Investment Plan for projects related to municipal water, stormwater,
wastewater, and roadway infrastructure.
