This document has been prepared pursuant to City of Somerville Code of Ordinance Section 2-6 (g). The report covers the reporting period of July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. 1. The total number of ICE holds, administrative warrants and notification requests lodged with Somerville Law Enforcement officials, organized by the reasons given for the request: The City of Somerville Police Department (SPD) received four total communications from the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). All requests were Notices of Detainer accompanied by requests for prior notification of release. In all instances, the ICE notifications were received after the individuals were released from SPD custody. No action was taken by the Somerville Police Department in these instances. 2. The total number of individuals detained on an ICE hold or administrative warrants, if any: None. 3. The total number of individuals transferred to ICE custody, if any: None. 4. The total reimbursements received from the federal government pursuant to any granted hold, Administrative warrant, or notification request, organized by case. None.
