Resolution in support of Senate Bill No. S.1010 and House Bill No. H.1576, An Act Relative to creating a permanent affordability homeownership program RESOLVED: That the Somerville City Council hereby expresses its support for Senate Bill No. S.1010 and House Bill No. H.1576, An Act Relative to creating a permanent affordability homeownership program; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Somerville City Council respectfully urges the Massachusetts General Court to enact this legislation; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Chairs of the Joint Committee on Housing.
