Phone (Will be available to the public): [phone removed] Event Name : Somerville Avenue Quick Build Safety Improvements Open House Describe the Event: The City of Somerville's Mobility Division is jointly applying for a public event license to host an open house on Tuesday, June 9 from 5:30pm-7:30pm (request for 30 minutes of set up and clean up time, 5:00pm - 8:00pm) for the Somerville Avenue Quick Build Safety Improvements project (voice.somervillema.gov/somervilleavenue). We plan to have several different stations describing the concept design and gathering community feedback. Food and refreshments will be provided. We request access to Conway Park and will make sure that the park is still open to the public to use.
