132117118v.1 AN ORDER RESCINDING THE $2,500,000 APPROPRIATION AUTHORIZED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 17, 2020, AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR ON DECEMBER 21, 2020 TO PAY COSTS OF HVAC IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING SCHOOL AND MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC Ordered: Section 1. That the $2,500,000 borrowing authorization, passed by order of this Council duly adopted on December 17, 2020, and approved by the Mayor on December 21, 2020, for the purpose of paying costs of HVAC Improvements to existing school and municipal buildings due to COVID-19 pandemic, is hereby rescinded and of no further force or effect.
