Description: This annual block party is one of the many
initiatives we have to revitalize the E Cross St area and
Chuckie Harris Park. The event hosts families and local
nonprofits to enjoy Halloween-themed activities and enjoy a
beautiful fall weekend. We will also include a pet parade
and contest down Cross Street.

business district and will likely result in increased patronage

the opportunity to vend at the event.
