There will be a $5 suggested donation to enter the pet costume contest.   What is your budget for this event: $1000   Social or cultural benefits:  This is a child-friendly event that draws foot traffic to Broadway businesses in East Somerville.   Financial benefits:  This event will increase foot traffic in the East Somerville business district and will likely result in increased patronage amongst Broadway businesses.
