The travel lane must be kept free of any obstructions to allow emergency vehicles to pass through if necessary. Any
canopy tents, grills or other obstructions must be set up in parking spots clear of the travel lane. Grills should be kept
10 feet from any combustibles and with a fire extinguisher present.
