Official Text To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the supplemental appropriation not to exceed $108,379 to the Capital-Building Lease Account for the purpose of funding a License Agreement between the City of Somerville and the Trustees of Tufts College regarding the use of space at the Tufts Administration Building on Holland Street. The term of this License Agreement shall expire no later than August 31, 2023. The supplemental appropriation will be added to the FY2024 Tax Levy.
