Official Text To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the "Alternative Transportation Corridor Lease Agreement" between the City of Somerville and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. This lease agreement will expand the scope of the existing Community Path lease between the City and the MBTA and integrate the Community Path Extension premises to the lease agreement.
