Official Text To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #210204 for BBB's design services on the Building Master Plan project. The contract will be extended by 36 months with a new expiration date of 1/1/2026. The Time extension will be use to continue design and construction administration services on various projects currently planned and underway as part of the Building Master Plan. Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
