The Connect Services Renewal the Customer is purchasing pursuant to this Quote shall be governed by the Connect Services Agreement No. 10299 between Bigbelly and the Customer dated as of January 10, 2023, for the Initial Term and any Renewal Term. This Second Amendment amends the Initial Term of CSA No. 10299 to January 10, 2023, through June 1, 2024. This Second Amendment further amends the Initial Term of the First Amendment to CSA No. 10299 to the term dates as listed above. Parties agree that Customer shall pay all invoices pertaining to CSA No. 10299 and First Amendment to CSA No.10299 in full by June 1, 2024. Except as expressly amended by this Second Amendment, CSA No. 10299 shall remain in full force and effect as the same was in effect immediately prior to the date of this Second Amendment.
