This is the fourth time we are seeking a license to have the street closed to traffic. We asked for and received a license to have the street closed to traffic in 2020, prior to the event's cancellation due to COVID. We received licenses in 2022 & 2023 and the event on Charnwood Rd proceeded without incident.
