The event itself is free and open to the public, and is
promoted around Somerville in the weeks ahead of the
event. It presents Shakespeare plays with queer/LGBTQ+
interpretations. Somerville residents comprise the
leadership of the group and many of the participants,
though anyone from the greater Boston region is eligible to
have a role in the production.
Financial benefits:
The majority of props and other materials are sourced from
local businesses and donations to local organizations are
encouraged.
