CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2010-_____ IN THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN: ____________ Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville are hereby amended as follows: The first sentence of Section 2-219(a) is amended by replacing the word “three” with the word “two”, and by adding, after "and a public hearing shall have been held", the phrase "not less than three weeks after the notice's first appearance,".
