Curtatone Somerville City Hall 93 Highland Avenue Somerville, MA 02143 Re: Transfer of Funds from DPW Buildings and Grounds OM account, Electricity Line to Law Department’s OM account, Judgments/Settlement of Claims Dear Mayor Curtatone: I respectfully request your approval to transfer $30,000.00 from the the DPW Buildings and Grounds Ordinary Maintenance, Electricy Line (Org. 0140752, Account 521001) to the Law Department’s Ordinance Maintenance, Judgments/Settlement of Claims (Account Org. 0115152, Account 576000). The reason for this request is to settle a lawsuit brought by Commonwealth Tank to pay for services and equipment provided by their company on an emergency basis.
