Mr. Long reviewed the changes made to the Rules of the Board of Aldermen and Mr. Shapiro told the members that, in his opinion, the Board's rules were compatible with the regulations of the state's Open Meeting Law. The committee approved changes to rule numbers 3, 23, 24, 26, 43 and 49.
