Chairman Taylor called a recess while attempts were made to locate other committee members for the purpose of re-establishing a quorum so that this item could be acted on. When those efforts proved to be unsuccessful, the meeting was adjourned. 189163 - An Order Adopting Appendix 120.AA of the Massachusetts Building Code, Known as the Stretch Energy Code, as the Energy Code for the City of Somerville: Alderman Trane recused himself from the discussion of this item and item # 188383 and in doing so, left the committee without a quorum. Chairman Taylor called a recess while attempts were made to locate other committee members for the purpose of re-establishing a quorum so that this item could be acted on. When those efforts proved to be unsuccessful, the meeting was adjourned. 190285 - Requesting approval of an amendment to Ordinance 9-57 for provisions related to inoperable vehicles, unregistered vehicles, storage of boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles, and associated fines.:

Chairman Taylor's motion to amend the ordinance by adding language to allow the use of some trailers with the approval of Inspectional Services was approved. RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED
