recreational use in perpetuity.:
Ms. Thomas explained that the request was being made since there is nothing on record about the
parcel being dedicated in perpetuity. This is also required by the State in order for the City to
receive a grant pertaining to the Playground.

Ms. Thomas explained that the request was being made since there is nothing on record about the
parcel being dedicated in perpetuity. This is also required by the State in order for the City to
