entering and exiting of vehicles at the station will be monitored by the business owner, 2) the
operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days per week, and deliveries are to be made
during those hours, 3) the neighbor's fence is to be repaired, 4) business owner must keep
customers' vehicles away from abutter's driveway, 5) the Traffic and Parking Department is to
monitor the situation.
