Roche Vice Chair Present John M Connolly Alderman At Large Present Omar Boukili Administrative Assistant Present Frank Senesi Director, Veterans Services Present • Memorial Day Parade Mr. Senesi informed the members that the recent Memorial Day Parade fundraiser generated $8,300 which will be applied to the $41,000 cost of this year's parade. At the present time, there is approximately $6,000 remaining in the parade account. • Dedications Mr. Senesi informed the members that there are ten dedications scheduled for this year. • Caseload There are 74 people on the current case load and Mr. Senesi explained that much of the assistance is for health care costs. The city is reimbursed, every two months, for 75% of its costs. In order to meet the demands of the department, an additional $15,000 is needed. The committee directed Mr. Senesi to consult with the city's Chief Financial Officer, Ed Bean, to determine whether the reimbursements could go directly into the Veterans Services account.
