Mr. Nuzzo informed the committee of a possible fraudulent sale of an automobile from 161
Broadway, (letter from consumer attached). The committee instructed the Clerk of Committee to
contact the City Clerk to request that hard copies of the licenses for the businesses at 161
Broadway, 61 Webster Street and 121 Prospect Street be forwarded to the Committee on
Licenses and Permits. Additionally, the Clerk of Committees was instructed to inquire of the
City Solicitor, what legal recourse the city has in this matter.

Alderman Heuston's motion to approve the item conditioned on the sign being made of wood and
illuminated from the outside without the use of flourescent, was approved.
