Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that Section 1-11(b) of the Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by striking the language providing for penalties for violations
of Section 9-56- Cutting of Grass on Sidewalk and Section 11-34 – Commercial Trash and
adding in their place the following:
