CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2011-____ IN THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN: ____________ Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that Section 1- 11(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville, is hereby amended by adding the following: TRAFFIC AND PARKING REGULATIONS FINE ENFORCING PERSONNEL Invalid or expired registration plate $25 Police; Traffic and Parking Invalid or expired inspection sticker $25 Police; Traffic and Parking This amendment to the Code of Ordinances shall take effect upon the Traffic Commission’s adoption of the fines referenced herein as part of the Traffic and Parking Regulations of the City of Somerville.
