Aldermen O’Donovan and Heuston were recused from the DPW Administration discussions, Alderman Roche was recused from the DPW Highway discussions and Alderman Sullivan was recused from the Traffic and Parking Discussions.

Gewirtz: • requested (from Stan Koty) to know why is there a discrepancy in the FY-11 ADMIN total listed in the FY-12 budget book vs. the actual book from FY-11 • requested (from Stan Koty) the figures for street sweeping • requested (from the Administration) documentation for all positions removed from the city payroll and outsourced (for all departments) • requested (from Ed Nuzzo ) a breakdown of Professional & Technical Services line item for ISD Ald. Connolly: • That the Administration and the Commissioner of Public Works, review and evaluate the deteriorating sidewalks and crosswalks in Davis Square and allocate, or outline plans to allocate, funds to resolve the serious tripping hazards that currently exist in the square; and further, that this request be responded to prior to the final approval of the FY-12 budget and include detailed language and projected expenses in the FY-12 DPW- Highway Department budget. • requested (from Ed Nuzzo) a timeline for the implementation of recommendations from the ISD study.
