Additional changes were submitted and Mr. Shapiro will have the final version ready for the Board of Aldermen's meeting on October 13th. RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED 192018 - Asst. City Solicitor submitting a revised Rodent Control Ordinance.: The committee finished its work on this proposed ordinance and discussed the need for evidence of a rodent infestation, the regulations relating to the obligations of contractors to take rodent control measures in connection with demolition and construction, the right of entry onto private property, requiring residents to bait property, fines and a right of appeal. RESULT: APPROVED
