The new agreement adds three years to the recent JLMC contract award and covers fiscal years 2008-2015. There are some procedural steps that need to be taken before the agreement can be put into place, therefore, the Mayor requested that the relevant items before the committee be kept in committee until all the necessary steps have been completed. Mayor Curtatone requested that the committee meet in Executive Session to discuss certain aspects of the agreement. Solicitor Wright advised the members that an Executive Session was proper at this time. A Roll Call vote was taken, and approved (9 yes, 0 no, 2 absent), to convene in Executive Session. The committee returned from Executive Session and Chairman Heuston reported that no votes were taken in Executive Session. 192472 - Requesting departmental transfers totalling $1,157,534 as described within to the Fire Dept.
