We plan to invite city leaders, project leaders, nongovernmental organization leaders to come table at our event in order to engage in outreach, education, and promotion of their programs/agencies/projects. We will also have local bands and plenty of activities for all ages.   Financial benefits:  We plan to invite many local food purveyors to provide food and drink at the block party, as well as encourage visitors to visit other local restaurants.
