LIBD/2514263.1 030527-154893 RELEASE OF EASEMENT WHEREAS by Grant of Easement from the BOSTON AND MAINE RAILROAD, a Massachusetts corporation, to the CITY OF SOMERVILLE, a municipal corporation (the “City”), dated May 15, 1941 and recorded with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds in Book 6492, Page 547, the City acquired a 20 foot wide storm drain easement (the “Drain Easement”) as shown on a plan entitled “Easement for Storm Drain, Somerville, Massachusetts, Boston and Maine Railroad to City of Somerville”, prepared by C.S. Robinson, Asst. Chief Engineer, dated April, 1941 and recorded with said Deeds at Book 6492, Page 547. WHEREAS the owners of the property encumbered by the Drain Easement (collectively, the “Owners”) are listed on Exhibit A attached hereto. NOW THEREFORE, the City of Somerville does hereby release to the Owners, their successors and assigns, all its right, title and interest under the said Drain Easement.
