COMPLETE TEXT: To the Honorable City Council: I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of $4.4M from MA Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A, for Clarendon Hill Project infrastructure improvements, This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds.
