RESULT: WORK COMPLETED 192594 - That the Director of SPCD update this Board on the status of its study to protect neighborhoods in RA and RB Districts.: Mr. Proakis informed the members that the report is nearly complete and should be submitted in time for June 14th Board of Aldermen meeting. RESULT: WORK COMPLETED 192724 - That the Director of SPCD (Planning) evaluate the appropriateness of the zoned height in the Union Square CBD (Washington Street to Bow Street) and report back to this Board by mid-April.: This item pertains to approximately 20 buildings along the north side of Washington Street. Mr. Proakis explained that the zoning and height requirements were changed in 2009, after several public hearings and meetings were held on the matter. The Planning Department has reviewed

RESULT: WORK COMPLETED 192735 - That this Board requests that the Administration appear before this Board to provide updates on the former Winter Hill Star Market Land Court litigation.: Mr. Shapiro informed the members that a court date has yet to be set. RESULT: WORK COMPLETED 192964 - Requesting an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance amending Zoning Districts for the Porter Square area (remaining portion of #192256).: The statutory time for action on this item expired on April 30, 2012, therefore the item will be placed on file. The Planning Department may resubmit the item at a later date. RESULT: PLACED ON FILE
