Public Hearing - 193511: Jeffrey Summers Auto Sales
The applicant was not present for this public hearing. Tammy McKanan spoke on the item stating that
she is not opposed to the issuance of the license but she is opposed to the license being attached to their
property and a different address.

Public Hearing - 193564: John's Auto Sales
Facility manager Edward Baker represented John's Auto Sales and spoke in favor of the petition, stating
that the compoany has been in business for several years. Mr. Nuzzo commented that the business is in
compliance and has a good operation. There were no speakers in opposition.

Facility manager Tyrone Lee spoke in favor of the petition stating that the company has been in business
for 40 years, providing necessary service and emergency repairs. There were no speakers against the
petition.

open Sundays 9AM-4PM.:
Chairman Sullivan asked about the outreach done to neighbors and Alderman Taylor requested a
copy of the letter informing neighbors about this proposal, along with a list of property owners
the letter was sent to. Alderman Trane's motion to lay the item on the table was approved.
Alderman Taylor will discuss Goodyear's involvement in the neighborhood with Mr. Lee.
