Tammy McKanan spoke on the item stating that she is not opposed to the issuance of the license but she is opposed to the license being attached to their property and a different address. • Public Hearing - 193564: John's Auto Sales Facility manager Edward Baker represented John's Auto Sales and spoke in favor of the petition, stating that the compoany has been in business for several years. Mr. Nuzzo commented that the business is in compliance and has a good operation. There were no speakers in opposition. • Public Hearing - 193625: Goodyear Auto Facility manager Tyrone Lee spoke in favor of the petition stating that the company has been in business for 40 years, providing necessary service and emergency repairs. There were no speakers against the petition. 192194 - Renewing Outdoor Seating License, Smart Tan, 258 Elm St., 1 A-frame sign.:

Alderman Trane's motion to grant a temporary 60 day license until the business can be inspected by ISD and a report provided to the Committee, was approved. Alderman Trane's motion to lay the item on the table was approved. Alderman Taylor will discuss Goodyear's involvement in the neighborhood with Mr. Lee. RESULT: LAID ON THE TABLE
