CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2012-11 IN THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN: November 20, 2012 Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that Section 8-67 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by deleting the word “antiques” and substituting in its place the word “items”, and by deleting the phrase “45 days” and substituting in its place the phrase “30 days”.
