Committee Meeting December 12, 2012 Licenses and Permits Committee Page 2 of 3 Printed 12/13/2012 RESULT: APPROVED 2012-193985 - That the Superintendent of Inspectional Services inspect Alewife Automotive, at 395 Alewife Brook Parkway, and determine whether or not vehicles are being stored at Dilboy Stadium, and report his findings to the Committee on Licenses and Permits.: Mr. Nuzzo reported that the owner is trying to bring the lot into compliance. The committee expressed concern regarding fuel trucks having to wait on Route 16 until space is cleared on the property for a delivery to be made and Chairman Sullivan informed the owner that the license would be revoked if the lot is not brought into compliance.. Alderman Heuston suggested giving the owner a few more weeks to comply and to remove cars from Dilboy and SHA property. Mr. Nuzzo informed the owner that he must pull a permit for the new sign that was already installed. RESULT: KEPT IN COMMITTEE 2012-194002 - Renewing Used Car Dealers License Class 2, American Auto Gallery, 682 Mystic Ave.: (See discussion of item 194025) The licenses was extended for 30 days. RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED 2012-194003 - New Used Car Dealers License Class 2, City Auto Sales, 463 McGrath Hwy., No cars inside, 30 cars outside, Open Mon-Sat 8-8, Sun 10-6.: The license was approved for 30 cars inside and no cars outside and the hours of operation were amended, as follows: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Sunday - None RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED 2012-194004 - New Livery License, Sharma Limousine Services, 17 Lake St., 1 auto.: The committee requested that the applicant be present at the next meeting of the committee. Members of the committee requested that the limit be enforced by ISD. RESULT: APPROVED
