TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF EASEMENT The CITY OF SOMERVILLE, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, with an address at 93 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA 02143 (the "City"), holder of an easement for main drains or common sewers, storm drains, water pipes and manholes and catch basins and connecting drains and pipes in the parcel of land described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property") pursuant to an order of taking dated February 27, 1941, recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 6473, Page 161 and filed with the Middlesex South Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 170505 (the "Taking"), hereby terminates the easement so taken as to the Property and releases to BRICKBOTTOM I QOZB LP, a Delaware limited partnership, as current owner of the Property, its successors and assigns, all right, title and interest of the City in and to the Property arising pursuant to the Taking. For title of Brickbottom I QOZB LP, please see Deed recorded with the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds at Book 75012, Page 519 and filed with the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1845820.
