CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2013-_____ IN THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN: ____________ Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville Chapter 8 Licenses, Permits and Miscellaneous Business Regulations, Section 4 Hawkers and Peddlers is hereby amended by adding the following section: 8-371 This article shall not apply to a food truck vendor who lawfully operated under a Hawker and Peddler license at the time of the enactment of the Mobile Food Vendor Ordinance.
