The event will take place in three areas: the parking lot and sidewalk outside of EPH, the afterschool space on the first floor of 277 Broadway, and the playground and yard behind 277 Broadway.   Location: The Elizabeth Peabody House will be hosting a Fall Festival on our property at 277 Broadway as well as in the parking lot adjacent to our property and the adjoining sidewalk. The parking lot and sidewalk area spans the parcels of 269 - 277 Broadway. Date(s): 10/22/2022   Rain date(s): 10/29/2022 Setup starts at (time): 12:00PM   Event starts at (time): 1:00PM  Cleanup after the event ends at (time): 8:00PM   Event ends at (time): 5:00PM Entertainment: Live music: Revolutionary Snake Ensemble Temporary Structures: We are looking to rent a bouncy house (19' x 18') that will be located in the parking lot. We may also rent a tent to cover the registration table. Attendees:     Max attendance at one time: 50   Total people attending: 200     Maximum attendees accommodated: 100   Total Somerville residents attending: 150   Attendee fees or suggested donations: There is a $100 fee per team to enter the cornhole tournament. A $30 donation will be required to attend the cider tasting. All other activities will be free so as not to restrict public access, but donations will be recommended.   What is your budget for this event: 2000   Social or cultural benefits:  EPH has been a community center in Somerville's Winter Hill neighborhood for over 40 years since we purchased the 275 and 277 Broadway parcel. After 2 years of a pandemic, we are planning to host a party for all of our neighbors and enrolled families. This event will bring together our community and is open to the public. We will be featuring local vendors and businesses at this event.   Financial benefits:  Local vendors and businesses will be included in our event. We are reaching out to nearby breweries and restaurants to sell their goods at the event. Any involved businesses will be featured on our signage and advertising in the weeks leading up to the festival.
