Roadway Reconstruction Schedule Updates: Work completed by October 1, 2013 (paving and sidewalks) Albion Street (Central to Lowell) Hammond Street Wheeler Street Wyatt Street Work completed by November 15, 2013 (paving and sidewalks) Albion Street (Lowell to Cedar) Albion Terrace Morgan Street Yorktown Street Albion Court Albion Place Bellevue Terrace Belmont Square Belmont Terrace Park Place Sidewalks completed by December 1, 2013. Paving first opportunity in the spring. Calvin Street Harrison Street Linden Avenue Notes: 2013 work has taken longer than anticipated due to the change in City policy on roadway reconstruction. We now reconstruct all sidewalks and curb ramps along a project route and this has effectively doubled the length of time required to reconstruct a roadway. There are currently two construction crews working continuously in the City. The paving contractor has committed a third crew that will begin in September. This will help with the overall schedule. -RTK
