Approval of the Minutes of November 19, 2013 RESULT: TABLED Public Hearing on item 196187 A public hearing was conducted and there were no speakers from the public. 196187 - That the Zoning Ordinances are hereby amended at Section 5.2.5 to add two new subsections, to avoid creating adverse impacts on the stock of existing affordable housing, and to insure compliance with the objectives of the Somervision Plan.: The committee discussed whether or not the amendment ensures compliance with the objectives of the SomerVision Plan. The Planning Board voted unanimously to accept the Planning staff’s recommendation and will, in turn, make a follow up recommendation to the Board of Aldermen. RESULT: KEPT IN COMMITTEE Update on zoning overhaul efforts Mr. Proakis gave a presentation on the Zoning Overhaul efforts and stated that the draft version of the overhaul would be ready in May of this year.
