little foot traffic on our street. Our house is at the corner
of Columbus and Prospect hill parkway. On that
particular night, October 31st, there is a lot of kid and
family traffic on the sidewalks and coming down from the
park. Most pedestrian traffic being in the dark, at traffic
hour. We would like to request the city to close Prospect
Hill parkway, from Columbus to Munroe, on Monday
October 31st, 4- 10:30PM.
