Connolly Alderman At Large Absent Also present: David Shapiro, Nicholas Salerno, Omar Boukili 198318: That this Board discuss an amendment to the Snow Ordinance as it relates to the time frame for clearing sidewalks following a storm. Chairman Rossetti stated, for the record, that she is opposed to this ordinance as proposed and amended. RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED 198634: Requesting approval of the attached 2015 local election calendar. Alderman Niedergang’s motion to approve September 17th as the date for the preliminary election, was approved. Mr. Salerno stated that the date for taking out nomination papers would be May 18, 2015. A discussion followed about that date’s proximity to the budget hearings. Alderman White’s motion to change the proposed date for taking out nomination papers from May 18th to May 11th, was approved. RESULT: APPROVED AS AMENDED
